Dandis Contracting Inc. is certified by the MA Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance.
It is a member of the Associated Sub-Contractors of Massachusetts, and is RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) Certified.
Dandis has an accredited apprenticeship program and is a "WBE" (women business enterprise) registered with the State of Massachusetts
Our History
Dandis Contracting was founded in 1996 by Thomas and Patty Dandis. With Thomas' skills as an estimator, and Patty's project management expertise, Dandis grew from a small painting company to a well-respected leader in the field. Dandis' work is focused on painting public spaces throughout Massachusetts, including public libraries and town halls, courthouses, housing authority projects, police and fire stations, and educational institutions.
More than a Painter
We take deep pride in knowing that our work is meant to be utilized by large groups of people at locations statewide. In addition to the work we do as a painting contractor, Dandis is also certified in General Building Construction, which covers the work we do on other renovation projects, i.e., exterior siding, doors and windows and kitchens and bathrooms.
